How do I know my investment is safe with Skyfort?

Every Skyfort project, including the Kado Heights Collection, sits on land with a fully perfected, verifiable Certificate of Occupancy (C of O). We don’t just build on promises; we build on legal certainty. You are buying an asset, not a liability.
What documents will I receive after making a payment?
Transparency is immediate. Upon your initial deposit, you receive a Provisional Offer Letter and an official Receipt. Once your payment is complete, you are handed the full legal suite: The Deed of Assignment, the Survey Plan, and, of course, the keys to your legacy. We handle the bureaucracy so you can enjoy the property.
Do you offer installment payment plans?
Absolutely. We believe liquidity is key for the modern investor. While outright payments attract priority allocation, we offer a flexible Installment Structure. You can secure your unit with a 50% initial deposit and spread the balance over 3 to 6 months. This allows you to manage your cash flow while securing a high-value asset at today’s price.
Are there any hidden charges I should know about?
At Skyfort, the price you see is the value you get. However, standard statutory fees apply to all real estate transactions in Abuja. These include Legal Documentation (5%) and Survey Fees. These are one-time payments paid directly to perfect your title. There are no “agency fees” or hidden construction levies.
I live abroad. Can I purchase a unit without traveling to Abuja?
Yes, a significant portion of our clientele is in the Diaspora. We have perfected a Seamless Remote Acquisition Process. From virtual site tours via Zoom to digital documentation and milestone video updates, you will feel as present as if you were walking the site yourself. We build your home while you build your life abroad.
Can I make changes to the internal layout of my unit?
Your home should reflect your taste. For Off-Plan purchases, we allow Internal Customization (such as shifting non-structural walls or selecting specific tile finishes) at an early construction stage. Once the structural frame is set, changes become limited to ensure structural integrity. Book early to personalize your space.
